Stuart Ramsay not only knows all about spirits, he’s a captivating
public speaker, educator and entertainer, too. He can take your guests through the glens of Scotland and the hollers of Kentucky, educating and enlightening with wit and wisdom.

An event with Stuart is a perfect highlight for personal celebrations such as birthdays, retirements, weddings and anniversaries. He hosts consumer tastings and staff trainings for bars, restaurants and private clubs, and is increasingly popular as a keynote speaker at conventions and corporate gatherings.

For his Scotch whisky tastings, ‘Keeper of the Quaich’ Stuart wears his family tartan and can bring along his son, Alistair, the pipe major of the award-winning Portland Metro Youth Pipe Band. (The pipe band is extra!). Alistair selects pipe tunes to match each whisky. For added pipe band authenticity, Isabella Ramsay, Alistair’s sister, can accompany Alistair on the Scottish snare drum.

In addition, Stuart is an expert host for Kentucky Bourbon events (he was appointed a Kentucky Colonel for his services to the Bourbon industry), and the independent whiskies of Ireland.
